This Privacy Policy explains how Handshake MG ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you submit our site assessment form, contact us, or subscribe to our services.
When you submit our site assessment or contact form, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and details, business hours and address, any logo or images you provide, and any other information you choose to share with us. If you subscribe to our service, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card details.
We use the information you provide to build and host your website, to contact you about your project or subscription, to respond to inquiries, and to process payments. We do not use your business content or uploaded files for any purpose beyond building and maintaining your website.
Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system (GoHighLevel) and our hosting infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We share information only with the service providers necessary to run our business — currently Stripe (for payment processing) and GoHighLevel (for customer relationship management and hosting). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. You may request that we delete your personal information at any time, subject to any legal or accounting requirements that may require us to retain certain records.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Our website and the sites we build may use basic, non-invasive analytics to understand general visitor traffic (such as page views). We do not use this data to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your personal information, can be sent to [email protected].
