We only make money if you stick around — we're not trying to squeeze a big upfront fee out of you, we're betting on keeping you as a long-term customer. That's exactly why we're so committed to making sure you're happy with your site.
What if I don't like the site?+
We'll keep revising it until you're happy with it. If you still don't love it, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days.
Can I add more pages later?+
Your subscription includes a single, focused one-page site — the format most small businesses actually need. If your business grows and you'd like to expand, just reach out and we'll talk through what that could look like.
How long does it take to go live?+
Most sites are built and live within a few business days after we receive your assessment.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — there's no long-term contract. To cancel, just email [email protected] with "Cancellation" + your business name in the subject line (e.g. "Cancellation - Your Business"). Your site stays live through the end of your current billing cycle unless you'd like it taken down right away — just let us know in that same email and we'll remove it immediately instead.
Will I lose my content if I cancel?+
Your business info and content stay yours. Once your subscription ends, your live site is taken down, but we'll keep your info on file for 2 years in case you'd like to resubscribe — just reach out and we can get your site back up quickly. Don't want to cancel completely? You can pause your subscription instead — just email us with "Pause" + how long you'd like to pause + your business name in the subject line (e.g. "Pause 3 months - Your Business").
Is my payment info secure?+
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
I don't have a logo yet — is that okay?+
No problem — we'll design a clean wordmark as part of your build. If you get one later, just email it to [email protected].
I'm not sure what to say on my site — can you help?+
